Why is my weight not changing? This is a question so many people have, and today were going to answer it once and for all.

Have you ever started a diet, started working out, got a few weeks in, and have seen the scale not budge at all? You’re not alone, but what I’m going to share in this video will change your perspective forever!

The scale is a tricky tool, for one reason being that it doesn’t measure where the weight loss is coming from. Is it coming from fat, water, glycogen, muscle? With the scale alone, it’s nearly impossible to tell.

In this video I am going to explain why the scale can be tricky, and for some people, just outright stupid of a tool to use to measure progress. I’m also going to give you my recommendations on what you can use instead that is a much better progress tracker.

Breakfast is the prime time to get your day off to a healthy and delicious start, so let’s start the day with these healthy egg recipes for breakfast to lose weight.

When you’re trying to eat healthy, eggs are an awesome go-to for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even as just a snack. The key is to use the eggs in a variety of different ways by adding spices or seasonings and pairing them with loads of wholesome vegetables and grains. Try these healthy 4 egg recipes for breakfast to turn that average breakfast into some not-so-basic egg dishes that you can eat any time of the day.

Avocado with eggs 390 calories (1 serving)

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. low fat milk
1/8 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1/8 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/2 ripe, Avocado, seeded peeled and cubed
Black pepper and salt

Preparation

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add green onion, and chopped red bell pepper and cook. Mix eggs, salt, Black pepper and milk and pour egg the mixture into skillet. Cook eggs until top is almost set.

Top with avocado and shredded Cheddar cheese, fold over and serve immediately.

Egg-White With Feta, Spinach, And Mushrooms 200 calories (1 serving)

Ingredients

1 tbsp olive oil
2 egg whites
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1/2 cup chopped button mushrooms
1 oz feta cheese
1 tsp fresh cilantro

Preparation
