Cinnamon helps you lose extra fat and achieve the figure you dream without much dieting. It’s famous for its flavor and medicinal properties
Cinnamon

It increases the body heat that speeds up the metabolism to burn the extra fat
It reduces LDL cholesterol level and triglycerides and raises HDL Cholesterol
It regulates blood sugar level by increasing insulin action thereby controls diabetes

Make this recipe in minutes, store in fridge and have one batch each morning before breakfast
Ingredients
I teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1 cup of water
