Hey guys, so first off it’s been awhile since I’ve posted a video and I miss you all! I promise to start posting more, I just needed to take a little break.
So, I’ve lost about 10-15 pounds since moving back from Hawaii in August and I feel better than ever. There was no quick fix or fad diet I did to lose the weight. Instead, I made a lifestyle change and focused on making healthier choices every single day. It took me about 6 months to get here, but if you’re trying to lose weight or live a healthier lifestyle, DON’T GIVE UP. Have patience. It will come.
I went over 5 tips and tricks in this video for you guys but I really could go on and on. This video is already way longer than I wanted it to be but I just had so much to say that I didn’t want to leave out.
1.Mindful/ Intentional Eating
2.Eating at home more/ Eating out less
3.Making healthy choices/ focusing on the next 24hrs in front of you
5.Tricking your muscles by doing different workouts

2020 is the year for growth and for working towards being the best version of yourself. If I can do it, you can too. There’s no secret to it, just hard work and consistency.
Moving forward, I really want your guys feedback on my videos- what you liked and what you disliked. I also want to hear some ideas you guys have for videos you want filmed. I’m working on some videos regarding how I got into modeling and some tips and tricks I have to get started since so many of you have asked me to post about that. But what else do you want to see or hear?
