Green Tea Recipes:

1. Lemon Tea
Lemon half, 1 tsp honey, 1 cup hot water

2. Cinnamon Tea
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp, honey 1 tsp, 1 cup hot water

3. Ginger and Mint Tea
Ginger 1inch piece, mint leaves few, cinnamon stick 1, 1 tsp honey, half lemon, 1 cup hot water

4. Masala Oats
Onion and tomato 1 small each chopped
Almond or coconut oil 1tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 Tbsp Oats
1 cup water

5. Sweet Oats
Oats, honey, cinnamon powder, water

Salad dressing:
Olive oil, lemon, salt and pepper
