P90x Reviews You Can Count On

February 27th, 2012

You have probably watched all the infomercials talking about the p90x review, but are they honest? Is what they are saying really true? With those thoughts in mind, it is time for you to step outside of the television and read legit p90x reviews that has been written by an individual who has used the program before – not by someone who was paid to write a script on television. In the paragraphs below, you are going to find one of many p90x reviews.

The Workouts

Many individuals read P90x reviews in order to determine whether the reviews work. Personally, for us, the reviews did work. In fact, by using this system, you could make some drastic changes to your body, as long as you follow the workouts correctly.

The exercises you will be doing are straightforward and yes, they are doable. They do not ask for any drastic exercise routine, like many of those other systems. Basically, if you have experience with working out, they are doable.

We must also conclude that Tony Horton, who is the instructor is a motivational speaker. With something like this, having someone to motivate you is definitely a good thing. Take note that you do not need to have a whole lot of extra equipment from the gym – you don’t even need to have a spotter.

The Downside

You will still be required to eat right, but to some, this is actually not a downside at all. When you “eat right,” you will feel and look much healthier.

Some will complain about it being a big time commitment, but if you really want to shape up, it is going to take a commitment. This is only going to require exercise one hour each day and a yoga program that is only ninety minutes. Is that really a downside?

More On the P90X

The program costs a total of $120.00, but it is really worth the price. If you are able to afford this system, then you should go for it – we did not regret it. You could always go online and find a good deal on it.

How It Works

The P90X works in a way that every day will be a different workout. You will be alternating between strength-training workouts and cardio-based workouts. After one month, you will switch up those workouts so that you will not plateau and continue developing large muscles.

There is a name for this technique, it is called muscle confusion. When you change the workouts, your body will be doing something new each time and not get used to the normal workouts. When you order the p90X, you will receive a total of 12 workout videos. Each workout video is going to focus on a different part of the body.

For those of you who would like to get back in shape, we highly recommend this p90x simply because it worked for us, even when many of the other systems failed. We do not think you will regret your decision.

An Honest Kyle Leon’s Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer Review

February 4th, 2012

We are glad that you have found our somanabolic muscle maximizer review, because many of those reviews on the Internet can be misleading. If you are searching for a great deal of honest information on somanabolic muscle maximizer, then you are in the right place. We are going to start by introducing you to the muscle maximizer, then tell you our thoughts on it.

What is the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer?

somanaboli muscle maximizerThis is a muscle building program that will help even the weakest of people optimize a muscle building diet. The diet will be based on the individuals body type. The guide that comes with the program is not fluffed at all. It has been designed to give you a lot of information in the shortest time possible.

What is the Main Application?

An MS Excel based program is the main application in this “diet.” The excel program will be used in order to calculate the nutritional needs based on your own situation. Yes, the calculation is exact. It was exact for our friends who tried the program and it was exact for us. All you will need to do is type in your workout frequency, your weight, your body type and your age. The recent version of this software was changed into an easy to use web based application. The user interface is clean and easy to use, but the functionality stayed the same, which is good. Of course, the disadvantage here is the fact that you will be required to be on the Internet in order to use the program. If you have access to the Internet 24/7, this will not be a problem.

Out of All the Systems Out There – Why Choose This One?

Personally, we chose the Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer because it is unique. While there are many systems available on the market, not all of them are like this one. This one will take you by the hand and guide you into the right direction. It will tell you exactly how much you need to eat. Not only this, but it will offer you three ready meal plans. It does not matter what your weight is or what your body type may be, there will be a meal plan available for you. With those thoughts in mind, this makes it a very nutritional program and that is why we chose it.

Does This System Work?

Put it this way, would we be writing a Somanabolic Muscle Maximizer review right now if the program did not work? Personally, we don’t like wasting our time on something that does not work and we would not lead you in the wrong direction. We want you to be just as healthy and fit as we are right now. Take note that this product is optimized for the USA market. It does, however, offer the option of using it with the metric system and around fifty percent of the food in this system can be found in Europe.

How Many Reps or Sets To Build Muscle – Do Few Reps Not Work?

January 29th, 2012

How many reps or sets to build muscle? Most people do mostly sets of 10-15 repetitions. This works in the beginning is often good for both strength and muscle mass fat burning.

After a few months of training to get to the point, however it is increasingly difficult to even move forward.

This is because by doing 10 reps or more no more than 50-60% of your 1RM (the heaviest weight you can join a repetition) can be used.

This is after the beginner’s stage is not enough weight for strength. Even if your goal is pure muscle mass and strength not much of a difference it is important to become stronger. Just think who is probably the biggest chest / arms: those who can bench press 50kg or person who can bench press 150kg?

The solution to this problem sets with fewer repetitions to do so you can use more weight.

Often, however, say that 8 or more reps is good for muscle, and less than 8 (e.g. 5 or 3) is not enough repetitions for muscle growth.

This is true if you do not adjust the number of sets…

Suppose you typically do 3 sets of 10 repetitions for an exercise. That’s 30 total reps.

If you decide instead to just 3 repetitions for 3 sets, you come to a total of 9 repetitions….

That is indeed not enough to stimulate muscle mass!

The solution is simply to do more sets.

If you have 10 sets of 3 reps to do, you come to a total of 30 repetitions, which will be sufficient to stimulate muscle growth. Because once you use a higher weight than you’re used properly you will get an extra boost!

How many reps or sets to build muscle?

There is no golden rule for this, but overall it is good for 24-50 repetitions to do if your goal is muscle mass. This can be 5 × 5, 8 × 3 if you remain on the low side but you could also well be 10 × 5 or do 5 x 10, or start with 3 sets of 5 and then 1-3 sets of 8 – 10 with a slightly lower weight.

The latter method allows you the benefits of heavy weights to combine the advantages of longer repeats.

Try again, however many sets with low repetitions to do, I’m sure it will please you well!
